You must complete all the address fields when entering your order, including the recipient phone number. Please avoid using addresses where you believe the recipient to be absent most of the day.
We offers same-day delivery on our “Flowers Collection” placed before the “Cut-Off Time”, as allowed in the order process. we deliver on Holidays and Sundays also.
A morning delivery will be guaranteed only if the order was placed at least one day in advance.
Delivery times for gift baskets, gifts, , chocolate boxes and all other products do vary depending upon the supplier and the destination country. Cut off times are indicated in the order process. Normally next day delivery is available, but as we use a 3rd party courier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates nor times.
Occasions and Holidays
In general for special occasions the cut off times are adjusted to be at least 3 to 5 days earlier. We will always accept your orders, and in most cases be able to process them on time. However, we cannot guarantee last minute orders for special occasions, and we will make the delivery at the earliest possible date. For special occasions we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery.
At Aapkaflorist.com we will try and deliver the order right into the hands of the recipient but in cases where our delivery man can not reach the recipient due to some constraint like in offices, hospitals and some public areas, the flowers will be handed over to the person as advised by the recipient.
In case of the delivery is at residence address and the recipient is not at home or the premises are locked we will deliver the flowers to the neighbors only if they are ready to accept on their behalf.
We do not take orders for delivery at Airports and Railway Stations.
We will not call the recipient at their phone number before the delivery to maintain the element of surprise. But in cases where we are unable to locate the address or some other problem where contacting the recipient is must, we will have to call the recipient and take the directions.
You must provide us with the all correct information required in the order form and any extra information that you feel will help us reaching the right place. In case of incorrect information, we will not be responsible for the wrong delivery.
We understand your emotions and will try to deliver your order with the utmost care to make sure that your presence is felt there in the flowers.

Request for a Particular Time of Delivery:
Due to the logistics involved in the delivery, we can not take guarantee of a specific time for delivery. But if you would like to request a particular time of day, please mention it in the "Special Instructions" column in the order form and we will do our best to honor it.
In the normal weekday the deliveries by most of the service providers are done in the normal hours (9 AM to 7 PM), until and unless specified otherwise or if there is some problem at the time of delivery.
However, since all the service providers in different cities have different delivery schedules, we will be unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but that cannot be guaranteed either.
Since all our florists have local knowledge, you can be assured that they will take every care to ensure your flowers are delivered in a timely manner. If the recipient leaves for the work early and you want the gift to reach him/her only then it is always better to have the order delivered at the office address. Giving incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery further so please make sure that information provided is accurate.
For the orders of cakes, delivery will not be possible in the early morning since cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery the same day to maintain quality. We do not buy cakes the previous day for delivery on next day, that way the cake gets stale and is not edible by the time it reaches the recipient.
During the peak trading days such as Valentines Day and Mothers Day, almost all the florists operate extended hours and delivery times may be extended due to heavy load of deliveries.
In short, delivery times are not guaranteed, regardless of any request or otherwise.

Aapkaflorist.com can guarantee flower delivery on a specific day up to 18 months in advance. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.
Aapkaflorist.com will send your bouquet in accordance with the facilities procedures, and cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery, but our local florist will always attempt to do so.
You should note that many hospitals do not permit florists to deliver bouquets personally to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Aapkaflorist.com cannot issue refunds if the delivery failed due to any of the above.
In the case that you want to cancel an order, you will be given a full refund if you have given us a minimum of one day notice before the delivery date.
If notice is given less than 24 hours before the delivery date no refund will be given.
In the case of Gift baskets see the Gift Baskets section at the bottom of this document.
If you placed 2 or more identical orders you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided that the local florist does not make and deliver the item.
If the local florist does deliver the item we cannot give a refund.Aapkaflorist Cannot be held responsible for duplicated orders.
Change in order Details
You may change the order details only via your account login. Account login details are supplied on every order. Change in order details are only guaranteed if made 2 days before the delivery date.
If you have given the wrong delivery information we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. In most cases you will be given the opportunity to adjust the information before the delivery date. If the florist reports to us that the delivery address is incorrect we will attempt to contact you and acquire new information, but we are not responsible if we cannot contact you. In some cases we will be able to deliver to a new address free of charge, but this depends on the location of the new address and the expenses incurred by the local florist. In certain cases there may be extra charges.
Invalid Credit Card Details
If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment details we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to correct these details, but in all cases you are fully responsible for any issues that arise from providing such incorrect details.
Aapkaflorist.com is not responsible for: Flowers, plants and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Flower and plant quality problems, where delivery is delayed due to sender requiring signature upon delivery.
Any possible complaint should always be accompanied with your order number, sender information, recipient information and digital photos clearly showing the product and time of delivery.
All complaints must be made as soon as possible after the delivery date, and up to a maximum of one month after. This is very important to allow us to investigate the complaint correctly with the local florists. After this date complaints cannot be investigated
